The 2027 exhibition will be held in a dedicated hall of the Meliá Hotel & Resort, offering a spacious and functional exhibition environment designed to encourage interaction between attendees, exhibitors and partners.

The floorplan is organised into two connected exhibition areas, creating a clear and intuitive visitor route across the venue. This layout ensures that all stands benefit from strong visibility and easy access from the main attendees circulation points.

The venue exceed the congress needs with margin having access to a wide range of rooms options (more than 3,600 m² of event space, 26 event rooms), and total capacity for up to 2,450 attendees.

Exhibition Area 1 forms the central exhibition zone and includes stands 1–19, with close proximity to the registration area, poster area and organisational support spaces.

Exhibition Area 2 includes stands 20–30 and provides an additional high-traffic exhibition zone directly connected to the main hall.

The venue layout also includes dedicated spaces for registration, exhibitor goods reception, technical secretariat services and poster presentations. These areas have been positioned to support an efficient event experience for both exhibitors and attendees.

The plan also indicates the main access from Floor 0, the connection to Floor -2, and the location of key support areas, making navigation simple and practical throughout the event.
